Bryanston Capital Limited is a private investment company, which invests in commercial real estate assets where opportunities exist to add value through active management and development.

Our primary focus is on the acquisition of leisure assets in the UK such as holiday parks, lodge developments and hotels, which demonstrate strong cashflow characteristics and have good long term growth prospects. Management will consider acquisitions in lot sizes of £10m to £60m where there is an opportunity to improve margins, develop acquired assets organically or through further acquisitions or where there are opportunities to add value creatively.

In addition, Management will acquire offices, retail and mixed use assets in the UK in lot sizes of £10m to £60m. These assets will typically demonstrate either development/change of use potential or an opportunity to create value through more effective asset management (such as where a property is let to tenants on short occupational leases, or is multi-let or partially occupied or where surrenders can be taken and leases re-geared).
