Bryanston Capital Limited is a corporate finance advisory and principal investment business.
The Corporate Finance team specializes in advising clients on the sale and purchase of UK businesses valued from £5 million to £50 million. We act for vendors by sourcing purchasers for our clients' businesses and managing the entire sale process on behalf of our clients. We also act for purchasers by sourcing acquisition targets for our clients' businesses and managing the entire acquisition process for our clients. We focus on relationship driven advice and have particular strengths acting for entrepreneurs and family owned businesses. We also have strong links to the private equity and Venture Capitalist houses in the City of London.
The Principal Investment team acquires businesses with a value of £5 million to £50 million. We specialize in purchasing asset backed and cashflow generative businesses, where there is potential to add value both organically through more intensive asset management and through acquisition of synergistic assets. We are focused on acquiring UK businesses in the leisure, education, media, retail and healthcare sectors.
